Infrared Sauna

Ancient contrast therapy · Proven for recovery & rejuvenation

The Science of Infrared Heat

Our full-spectrum infrared sauna penetrates deep into the body's tissues — reaching 2–3 times deeper than conventional saunas. Unlike traditional steam saunas that heat the air around you, infrared directly heats your body, creating a profound cellular response.

Research shows infrared therapy is one of the most powerful detoxification tools available, mobilising heavy metals, environmental toxins, and metabolic waste stored in fat cells. Regular sessions support weight management, skin rejuvenation, and cardiovascular health.

How to Use the Infrared Sauna

1
Hydrate First
Drink a full glass of water before your session — infrared heat works deep and you will sweat.
2
Settle In
Infrared light warms the body directly at a gentler air temperature than a traditional sauna. Start with 15–20 minutes.
3
Build Up Gradually
Extend sessions to 30–40 minutes as your body adapts. Listen to how you feel.
4
Cool & Rest
Rinse off and cool down — or contrast with the cold plunge — then rest and rehydrate.
