1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using istana.site and making bookings with The Istana, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Bookings & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7–14 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to respect The Istana's site rules, including our no-phone policy in designated areas. Any damage caused by guests will be charged accordingly. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave without refund for breach of site rules.

6. Liability

The Istana is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all guests.

7. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with or without notice. Prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price agreed at the time of booking.
