We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy for accommodation bookings is as follows:

| 7–14 days before arrival | 50% refund |
| Less than 7 days before arrival | No refund |
| No-show | No refund |
For yoga classes, events, and wellness sessions: cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be transferred to another session subject to availability.
Spa and treatment bookings cancelled more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@theistana.com or via WhatsApp at +62 881 0802 34225. Please include your booking reference number. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
In cases of serious illness or family emergency, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
